  How to install language pack ? (click here)

1. Download your desired language file and execute (run) the file after.
2. When the installation is done, open CONTROL PANEL and select REGION AND LANGUAGE and in this window select the tab KEYBOARDS AND LANGUAGES



Here choose the language you just installed, and click APPLY.

3. Now open the next tab named ADMINISTRATIVE and here under the title WELCOMESCREEN AND NEW USERACCOUNTS you here you select the button COPY SETTINGS.




4. In the bottom of this window you see 2 check boxes, one saying WELCOMESCREEN AND SYSTEM ACCOUNTS and the other saying NEW USER ACCOUNTS.



Select both and click OK.

DONE!
